As someone who is becoming increasingly deaf in my dotage and who is consequently finding it more and more difficult to communicate with others, discovering the internet late in life has been a godsend (or perhaps I should say a Buddhasend!). I have to thank Peter from the Buddhist Hospice Trust here in England for pointing me in your direction, so thank you Peter.
I am a bit overwhelmed by the rich and vibrant dialogues going on within this lovely site, but hopefully I'll catch up!
Personally, I am particularly interested in exploring the relationship between Buddhism and old age, which seems to be a bit neglected to me, but I'm hoping to learn from whoever can offer help and advice.
